Abstract
Objective:To probe into invasive-non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and rential mechanical ventilation.Methods:The patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure in acute exacerbation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups to continue the treatment of invasive mechanical ventilation and invasive-non-invasive sequentrol group homes.Results:After treatment,arterial blood gases were improved,his condition improved and complications of the treatment group,the number of death cases,mechanical ventilation time and injection time was significantly lower than the cospiratory failure therapy.Conclusion:Attention in clinical operation in dealing with better treatment and care of the details, invasivenon-invasive sequential mechanical ven tilation for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure can achieve good clinical efficacy and social and economic benefits,worthy of further promotion.
