Abstract
Objective To investigate the sequential invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with severe respiratory failure.Methods Accept endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation in 44 patients,divided into the sequential treatment group and control group for study.Results Sequential treatment of invasive non-invasive respiratory rate decreased significantly,lower systolic blood pressure,heart rate slow down,PSV and PEEP to reduce the level of reduction,to improve respiratory muscle fatigue and ventilatory function of some significance.Conclusions In clinical work the use of invasive non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure can occur after the window than in the PIC based upon the conventional invasive ventilation method to mechanical ventilation with better clinical efficacy.
