Abstract

Objective To explore application value of united detection of tumor markers embryo carcinoma antigen(CEA),sugar antigen 72-4(CA72-4),and sugar antigen 125(CA125) in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods The content of plasma CEA,CA72-4,and CA125 of 60 cases of ovarian malignant tumor,103 cases of benign tumor, and 70 healthy normal controls were determined by using the electrochemical luminescence method and the data were comparatively analyzed. Results When ovarian cancer group and ovarian benign tumor group compared with healthy control group,it was found that plasma CEA,CA72-4,and CA125 levels were significantly increased(P0.05).Compared with ovarian endometrioid tumors, the difference of the positive rate of plasma CA125 to ovarian cancer group was not statistically significant(P0.05),and compared with other ovarian benign tumors, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The united detection of tumor markers CEA,CA72-4,and CA125 can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis of ovarian cancer, and have clinical application valuein differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
