Clinical Effectiveness of Runzaozhiyang Caps in Treating Neurodermatitis Combined with Hydrocortisone-carbamide Cream

Objective To evaluate effect of Runzaozhiyang caps in the treatment of neurodermatitis combined applicating hydrocortisone-carbamide cream. Methods 55 cases of patients with neurodermatitis,40 cases in the test group(group A) were treated with Runzaozhiyang caps associated with hydrocortisone-carbamide cream,which include 16 patients of accumulation in the skin by wind-damp(group A1) and 24 patients of blood deficiency and wind dryness(group A2). 15 cases in the control group (group B)were treated with hydrocortisone-carbamide cream only. All cases were treated for 4 weeks. Result The total effective rate was 85% in the test group,and 53.3% in the control group. The efficacy was compared each other,there was statistical significance between them(P0.05). Otherwise,the effects were better in group A2 than that in group A1. Conclusion The curative effect of Runzaozhiyang caps is certain in treating neurodermatitis.
