Abstract
This paper is to study enterprise technology innovation capability using software industry capability evaluation method—capability maturity model.According to this theory,we build the technological innovation capability maturity level and the responding level features,Key Process Areas and Key Practices.Those provide a clear goal and path for the development of enterprises technology innovation capability.Secondly,we set technological innovation capability evaluation index system according to the technological innovation processes and Key Process Areas,based on the principle of comprehensiveness,objectivity,operability.Moreover,we adopted the fuzzy mathematical theory to evaluate the innovation capability maturity level.Finally,Technological innovation capacity should be implemented in specific innovative activities.Choosing the right innovation mode and improving technological innovation capability in one by one specific innovative activities are the ultimate goal of technological innovation capability maturity model to be applied research.So,we need to research on the choice of innovation mode according to the evaluated capability maturity level.After the analysis,It follows that enterprises may choose different innovation mode or innovation mode combination with the ascension of technological innovation capability maturity.
