The Initial Research of Enterprise Technological Innovation Capability Maturity Model

Innovation is an important factor for an enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage.Nowadays,most of the evaluation of technological innovation capability is based on resources or performances,but these can only reflect capability indirectly.Actually,enterprise innovation can be reflected in innovation process directly,so we can use the capability maturity model software as reference to recognize technological innovation capability.And we can divide technological innovation capability into 5 levels from low to high: initial level,established level,strategic level,optimized level and synergic level.Of course,different levels need different management,and possess innovation characteristics,and can solve different problems.
