Abstract
Objective:To investigate the transfusion efficacy of platelet matched by cross-matching test in child patients with haematological diseases.Method:Twenty child haematological diseases patients with platelet transfusion refractoriness(PTR) were selected. When needing repeat platelet transfusion, monoclone antibody solid platelet antibody test(MASPAT) was used to carry through platelet cross matching test. The platelet count was measured before and 1 h,24 h after the transfusion, and correct count increment(CCI) of platelet was used to judge the efficacy of transfusion.Result:The CCIs of 1 h and 24 h after matched platelet transfusion were obviously higher than those of random platelet transfusion before(P0.01).Conclusion:Platelet cross matching by MASPAT can obviously improve the efficacy of platelet transfusion and the PTR condition of child patients with haematological diseases.
