Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of matched apheresis platelet by cross matching test. Methods Select thirty patients with haematological disease needing repeated platelet transfusion.Apply monoclone antibody solid platelet antibody test(MASPAT) to carry through patelet cross matching test in fifteen patients, other fifteen patients adopt random platelet transfusion, the clinical efficacy were compared. The platelet count was measured before and 1h,24h after the infusion, and correct count increment(CCI) of platelet were used to judge the effect of infusion. Results The effective rate of cross matching group and random transfusion group were 85.7%,28.1% respectively and there was significant difference between two groups.CCI in cross matching group was higher than that in random transfusion group. Conclusion Platelet cross matching by MASPAT can improve the efficacy of platelet transfusion.
