Abstract

Training in line with the economic and social development needs of talent is the goal of colleges and universities.In this paper,combined with chemical engineering and technology of undergraduate training situation in our university,summed up the exploration,practice and effectiveness of training talent in establishing teaching programs,training professional teachers,building teaching platform,improving the quality of innovation and practical ability of students.
