Research and Practice of the Talent Training Model for Applied Undergraduate Based on the Integration of Industry,Education and Acadeny——Take Hunan Institate of Engineering as an Example

The talent training model for applied undergraduate should focus on the intrgration of industry,education and academy which benefits students' college's distinctive features with open,inovative,application-oriented and effective education.The new training model should also promote the integration of the talent training plan with the society so as to cultivate students' abilities of innovation and study,and to provide experience for the exploration of new ways of application-oriented talent training.
