Exploration on personnel training mode of practical teaching platform

Operational mode of practical teaching platform was designed for training objectives of professional talent and academic talent. In order to cultivate interest and base ability of undergraduate,the adjustments were explored in aspects such as the set of experimental curriculums,construction of teachers level,management of experimental facilities,cooperation between school and enterprise and cooperation with research groups. Students with strong practical ability can devote oneself to be professional talent,and students who interested in basic study can bend oneself to be academic talent,which will be benefit for their later continue education.
