SIMPLE ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN SUPPLY CHAIN AND VALUE CHAIN AND THE CHARACTERISTIC OF VALUE-TYPE ENTERPRISES

Based on the theoretic development of supply chain and value chain, the author analyzes the relationship and difference between supply chain and value chain, puts forward the difference between value type enterprises and economy type enterprises based on the construction of long-term competitive advantage, and then points out the four main characteristic of value type enterprises, that is, to take creative value and profit as its dual objects, be good at constructing enterprise ecology, pursue mutual benefit and development with natural ecology and to try to make the enterprise as a study type organization.
