The Discussion about the Enterprise Value Chain Problem——Take machine tool manufacturing enterprises for example

Along with the development of the theory of value chain,the manager's horizons of value creating activities has also gradually changed,including the transition from internal to external and from chain combination develop into network integration.Based on the thought about value chain,this paper discusses some problems about the value chain in machine tool manufacturing enterprises,and gives some suggestions which mainly aimed at the theory of business and the adjustment of the internal value chain as well as the expansion of value chain system.
