Abstract
Value chain is an effective way in the analysis of enterprises value activities. With the development of information technology, profound changes will take place in the value chains. The impact of information technology on the value system, the value chain of enterprises, and the value chain of customers are emphatically analyzed. The changes of organization models resulted from value chain are also discussed. Finally, three key factors for enterprise transformation are proposed to meet the demand of the new value chain.
