On the Reform and Improvement of the Procuratorial Supervision of Administrative Litigation

In view of and control of administrative power,procuratorial of administrative litigation valued on its constraints and controls on administrative power,in order that transition of procuratorial of administrative litigation from relief law to organic law,and original function of check and balance can be realized. So we should take advantage of the soft supervision function of procuratorial suggestion,expand the area of being supervised,and improve the supervising efficiency,in order to gradually improve the procuratorial mechanism of defendant,defense system and investigative power of the procuratorial organs.
