Analysis of educational level context on diplomats in the Republican China

Through analysis on educational level contest of diplomats in the Republican China,the paper considers the diplomats during the Republican China were mainly made up of two parts,and they are graduates in the domestic or overseas colleges,especially those studied in the foreign university.This personnel structure revealed a important feature of the diplomat group in the Republic of China,which was one of the highly specialized and professional groups.But it reflected some disadvantages on diplomatic education of China in that days.
