A Comparative Study of Private Law Concept

Abstract

The private law belongs to not justice but rules.The private law belongs to domestic law and is the base of international law.Civil law is general and basic private law.The system of private law includes three levels from high to low,which are constitutional private law,civil law and particular private law.Obviously,this view on private law system is different from the currently popular view on private law,which regards private law as civil law plus commercial law.
