Abstract

In order to protect private autonomy and maintain public order,public law is divided from private law according to normative nature difference.Therefore,random norms in civil law belong to private law while compulsive norms belong to public law.The nature of civil law is considered according to norms.Civil law has not only norms and systems of private law but that of public law.Civil law is the mixture of both public and private law since it regulates the relationship of private law and public law.
