On the private law essence of commercial law

Abstract
The commercial law is private law in itself,with the civil law together they form the whole private law system.This article starts with the interfluve of public law and private law,expounds the private law essence of commercial law,and illuminates that although modem commercial law has certain characteristics of public law from the developing trend that commercial law is turning closer to public law,the private law essence of commercial law has never been changed.
