Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of injecting anisodamine into Zusanli point on the recovery of intestine function after operation and prevention of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods:One hundred patients with laparotomy were randomly divided into experiment group (group injected with anisodamine into Zusanli point) and control group. The bowel sound recovery time, and the exsufflating and defecating time were recorded. The occurrence rate of adhesive intestinal obstruction was calculated during following - up for 4 ~ 16 months. Results: The bowel sound recovery time, and the exsufflating and defecating time in experiment group were earlier than that in control group (P 0.01),and the occurrence rate in former was considerably lower than that in latter(P 0.05). Conclusion:Injecting anisodamine into Zusanli point may protect adhesive intestinal obstruction and help to recover the intestine function.
