Abstract

Education quality assessment is one of the important piece of content that is the performance evaluation for teachers,and to improve the education quality also means to improve teachers' performance evaluation.This paper is mainly for higher vocational college faculty performance evaluation system analysis and design,including the demand analysis of the system,the system of general and each function module design,flow chart of the whole system and system database design concept model.
