Abstract

Enzymatic characteristics of the crude enzyme from Trichoderma Reesei LW1 were studied. The optimal conditions for enzymatic reaction were 50℃,and pH value were 4.8;showed a high stability at temperature 30~50℃,pH 4.0~6.0;stayed 15 min at 90℃,CMCase could be held 38.66%,and FPase can be held 52.68%;Ca2+、K+、Na+、Mg2+ were the activators and Mn2+、 Zn2+、Cu2+ were the inhibitors of the enzyme.
