Abstract
Enzymatic characteristics of cellulase of Trichoderma koningii,Trichoderma viride,Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma reesei were investigated. The results showed that the cellulase activity decrease when pH below 5.0 and the temperature above 60 ℃.Fe2+ and Mn2+ can both increased the enzymatic activity, while Pb2+and Zn2+ inhibited the activity greatly.A.niger was considered to be an ideal strain for cellulase production due to the highest activity among the strains.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
