Abstract
A Trichoderma reesei strain Tr-H with high potency for cellulase production was studied in this paper. The results showed that the best conditions for producing cellulase were: inoculating quantity 0.5%, original pH2.0, material thickness 2.5 cm, culture temperature 28℃, extraction temperature 50℃, cultured at that condition for 160 hours, the filter paper enzyme activity raised from 280mgG/g.h to 600mgG/g.h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
