Abstract

Objective To explore the valuation of Cold Knife Conization(CKC) on diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods A retrospective study was carried to compared the pathological results of 180 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅱ-Ⅲ between cervical knife conization(CKC)and eolposcopic multiple biopsies(MB).Results 143 cases of 180 cases(79.4%) had the same pathological reports between MB and CKC.37 cases had different results.Among the 37 cases,19(10.55%)cases pathological results of CKC were higher than those of MB.18(10.0%)cases pathological results of CKC were lower than those of MB before operation. Two cases had much blood loss after operation;one case had adhesion of cervical canal. Conclusions Cervical knife conizatlon(CKC) have double valuation of diagnosis and treatment in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Especially to the patients who are diagnosed cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅢ,could confirm the disease more exactly,it is a necessary and insurmountable procedure.
