Abstract

The most influential Journalist in the Late Qing Dynasty Liang Qichao first systematically explained the news opinions theory,which initiated and influenced the evolution of the opinion theory of modern China.The paper demonstrates the historic status and the beyond time-and-space academic value of Liang’s opinion theory from the evolution of the opinion theory of modern China.
