Practice and Experiences of Prescription Standardization Comment in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To establish and improve prescription comment system in our hospital,and to improve the quality of prescription.METHODS:Prescription Management was implemented and the relevant organizations were set up.The spot check and standardization of prescriptions were conducted by means of law and regulation teaching and setting Prescription Collection.Administration intervention and quality monitoring measures were carried out to promote the development of prescription comment.RESULTS:The qualified rate of prescriptions increased from 85% to 98% after the implementation of prescription comment.It achieved satisfactory effect.CONCLUSIONS:By developing prescription standardization comment,the prescriptions become more standard and reasonable and passing rate of prescription has been improved.But there were still some problems,such as the doctors and pharmacists' lack of professional knowledge.The doctors' workstation and prescription reasonability comment should be enhanced to promote prescription comment.
