Abstract

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a nonspecific intestinal inflammatory disease, and its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully known yet.As a complex ecosystem, intestinal microflora plays a very important role in the mechanism of IBD.In this paper, the intestinal micro-ecological system, the relationship between intestinal flora and the pathogenesis of IBD,as well as the regulatory role of intestinal flora on IBD were reviewed in terms of the research progresses.
