Abstract
The testability modeling and analysis technology was more and more emphasized by the product designer with widespread application of design for testability. In this paper, the multi-signal flow graphs method was introduced and used to set up the testability model of an aircraft distribution device.Based on the model, the testability of the device was evaluted. Results show that the multi-signal flow graphs modeling method is feasible and effective in the design for testability of product.
