Abstract
Multi-signal flow model is a common model in analysis of system testability. With the development of complexity system, modelers are required not only to have a comprehensive understanding to the system design, but also be able to test diagnosis and analysis based on the multi-signal flow model. From the present situation, testability design and maintenance are separated.Test data description does not have uniform standard,it is difficult to effectively be collected or shared.By researching on testability modeling of multi-signal flow model,a method is set up from the multi-signal properties form of testability modeling. The testability of electronic design can be effectively improved by using the property form. The method is rerified by short wave radio system.
