The liquid cultivation of flammulina velutipes and the effect of 6-BA on mycelium growth

Abstract

It is reported that the mycelium growth was the best in the corn liquid medium of the three medium:the wheat liquid medium,the corn liquid medium and the glucose liquid medium.In addition,different concentration 6-BA was added to them.It resulted that low concentration 6-BA promoted the mycelium growth and 0.15mg/100ml was the optimum concentration.But 6-BA did not take effect to melted glucose of the mycelium obviously.
