Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effiency of lovastain combined simvastatin on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 89 patients with early diabetic nephropathy and dyslipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group.UAER,TG,TC,LDL and CRP in the patients were observed and compared before and after treatment between the observation group by combining treatment using lovastain and simvastatin for two months, and the control group by lovastain alone. Results The level of UAER was decreased significantly in two groups, and compared with the control group, the levels of UAER,TG,TC,LDL and CRP of patients in the observation group decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion The combination therapy of lovastain and simvastatin has good effect on decreasing UAER and reducing lipidemia.
