Clinical Observation on OLIBOWK in Prevention and Cure Cerebal Vasospasm after Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the treatment effect of OLIBOWK(Flunayizine Hydrochloride Capsules) in cure cerebal vasospasm(CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods 42 cases of SAH patients were divided into two groups randomly,OLIBOWK(20 cases) group and control group(22 cases).All cases were adopted treatment within 48h post onset.The control group was adopted conventional therapy such as dehydration,hemostasis et al.OLIBOWK group was adopted OLIBOWK treatment,5.0mg,tid po.3-4 weeks except conventional trerapy.Results The CVS incidence rate and death rate in OLIBOWK group was lower than control group obviously(P0.05).However in rehaemorrhagia rate,there was no significant deviation(P0.05).Conclusion OLIBOWK in prevention and curing CVS after SAH has good curative effect.it can promote the neurofunctional recovery and no rehemorrhagic risk.
