Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Levamlodipine Besylate and Enalapril in the Treatment of Renal Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate and enalapril in the treatment of renal hypertension. Methods 76 admitted renal hypertension patients from March, 2010 to February, 2013 were randomly divided into observation group (n=41cases) and control group (n=35cases). The observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate and enalapril scheme, the control group was treated with nifedipine and enalapril scheme, for 8 weeks, a course of treatment. And after the treatment, the blood pressure value and renal function were compared between 2 groups. Results ①Blood pressure values of 2 groups were both obviously lower than those pre-treatment (P<0.05), the blood pressure values of observation group patients decreased more significantly than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ② Scr, BUN and 24h urinary protein of 2 groups of patients after treatment decreased than those pre-treatment, BUN and 24 h urinary protein of the observation group had statistically significant difference compared with those pre-treatment (P<0.05), and 24 h urine protein were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate and enalapril have good effect on renal hypertension, and can protect renal function to a certain extent, which have the value of clinical promotion.
