Abstract

[Objective] To observe clinical effect of Shugan Quzhi Tang combine with compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver. [Methods]The patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets orally, and the treatment group was given Shugan Quzhi Tang on the basis of the control group treatment. The therapeutic course was 1 month. [Results] After treatment, the liver function and blood lipid of the two groups obviously fell than those before treatment (P0.01). Compared with the liver function and blood lipid of control group after treatment, those of the treatment group declined significantly (P0.01). The cure rate and total efficiency rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group significantly(P0.01). [Conclusion]ShuGan QuZhi Tang combine with compound embryonic bovine liver extract tablets had significant clinical efficacy on nonalcoholic fatty liver.
