Abstract
Objective To explore the Diagnostic value of combined detection in serum NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA19-9 levels for hung cancer. Methods Technique of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the serum NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA19-9 levels in 112 patients with lung cancer,68 patients with benige lung diseases and 50 normal controls. Results The levels of NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA19-9 in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign lung diseases and normal control groups(P0.01).Three tumor markers positive rate as high as 82.1%,accuracy was 90.0%,higher than the single test. Conclusion Three tumor markers of combined detection for lung cancer can improve the sensitivity and accuracy.
