Abstract

Aim:To detect the expressions of CD147,MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissue. Methods:The expressions of CD147,MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 60 cases of breast fibroadenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:The positive expression rates of CD147,MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ in the breast invasive ductal carcinoma were 91.7%,86.7% and 90.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in breast fibroadenoma(6.7%,6.7% and 3.3%,P0.001).In lymph node metastatic group, the positive expression rates of CD147,MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ in the breast invasive ductal carcinoma were higher than those in no lymph node metastatic group(P0.05).The positive expression rates of CD147,MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ increased with the increase of histological grade(P0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal high expressions of CD147,MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ may prompt the development of beast invasive ductal carcinoma.
