Abstract
Antibacterial activity of 3 antibiotics was studied on 3 pathogenic bacteria in fish. The results showed that lactic norfloxacin had best inhibitory effect on Aeromonas hydrophila and Vibrio harveyi with a minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 0.244 μg/mL and 1.954 μg/mL,respectively.Enrofloxacin hydrochloride had best inhibitory effect on Vibrio anguillarum with the MIC of 0.122 μg/mL.Eight MIC lactic norfloxacin could completely kill A.hydrophila in 12 h,V.harveyi within 24 h.Eight MIC enrofloxacin hydrochloride killed V.anguillarum within 24 h.
