Abstract
The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 6 kinds of antibiotics against bacterium Vibrio anguillarum were determined by two-fold broth macrodilution method, and the postantibiotic effects(PAE) of 6 kinds of antibiotics were determined by colony counting. It was shown that at the concentrations of 1MIC,2MIC and 4MIC,the PAE were 0.17±0.11,1.45±0.21,1.81±0.33(Enrofloxacin lactate);0.54±0.11,0.72±0.12,1.17±0.22(Norfloxacin lactate);0.52±0.19,0.72±0.25,1.13±0.22(Sarafloxacin hydrochloride);0.46±0.16,0.86±0.16,1.88±0.30(Difloxacin hydrochloride);0.68±0.21,1.42±0.34,1.91±0.20(Enrofloxacin hydrochloride);0.67±0.13,0.79±0.12,1.25±0.17(Norfloxacin nicotinic). The PAE of 6 kinds of antibiotics against bacterium V.anguillarum were in a time-and concentration-dependent manner.
