Abstract

For the effective prevention and treatment of forest frogRed leg disease ,the strains Drug sensitivity test showed that Rana Aeromonas hydrophila to 21 kinds of commonly used antibiotics showed different degrees of sensitivity.MIC test,MBC test that the minimum inhibitory concentration was 1 μg/mL,minimum bactericidal concentration was 2 μg/mL,sterilization time was 0.5 h;chloramphenicol minimum inhibitory concentration was 8 μg/mL,minimum bactericidal concentration was 16 μg/mL,sterilization time.
