Abstract
Objective:Probe into the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention urinary retention after radical hysterectomy.Methods:52 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into experiment group of 28 cases and the control group of 26 cases,the experiment group to the abdomen,pelvic floor muscle training,individual voiding training to acquire the stubbs catheter time,psychological counseling;the control group conventional home catheter regularly open.Observation of the two groups after the recovery of self-urination.Results:After the first day of self-voiding residual urine 100 ml,there were 2 patients in experiment group and 7 patients in control group,there was significantly different between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen the conclusions of cervical cancer patients before and after care,to be effective in preventing urinary retention after the occurrence.
