After the psychological training and relative process, 8 cases of urinary retention smoothly relieved it. Conclusion The nursing strategy such as specialized healthy education, enhancing and fulfilling toilet training on the bed before operation, can decease the happen of urinary retention, the psychological training and relative process after the operation can also relieve urinary retention effectively.
