Abstract
With the economic globalization strategies of multinational corporations, China's entrance into WTO and the fast development of our national economy, the government has to develop the strategy on direct investment abroad. The local governments are expected to make the related laws and regulations and enhance the administration adjusting to international surroundings, thus creating better investing conditions for national enterprises.
