Abstract

Both international economic situation and open economic essence ask that the enterprises of our country should go with the tide of historical development, seize the opportunity and develop direct investment abroad suitably at the right time. This essay explains the current situation of our enterprises and the principle followed of investment abroad at first, then elaborates concrete strategy about direct investment abroad of our country enterprise from area, trade, way and enterprise oneself respectively.
