Abstract
With contemporary talent intense market competition intensified,and talent is necessary for the development of enterprises,our industry to strengthen the attention of the human resources department. In particular,the rise of the modern human resource management,human resources management division increased re-optimize the combination of China's human resources to provide a powerful weapon. This paper by exploring analyze the current problems of the coal industry,human resources management system,and then analyzed the reasons for the problems of human resource management,and finally put forward the coal enterprise reform proposals,and provide theoretical support for promoting the redeployment of human resources in the coal industry.
