Abstract
Objective:To form initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment,and evaluate the efficacy and safety of the program on reducing the toxic and side effect of chemotherapy of tuberculosis,promotion of void closure,the sputum negative conversion,the improvement in symptoms and improving quality of life and other aspects.Method:108 cases of primary pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group(54 cases)and control group(54 cases).The control group was given Western medicine antituberculous chemotherapy.The treatment group was given antituberculous chemotherapy foundation combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.Result:This study showed the effect of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis through the whole adjustment can effectively reduce the antituberculous chemotherapy side effect,promote the pore closure and sputum negative conversion,improve clinical symptoms and signs,enhance immunity,improve the quality of life,and thus plays a role in early prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.The comprehensive curative effect is better than that of control group.
