Clinical Observasion on Treating Refractory Pulmonary Tuberculosis with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the curative effects of combied Chinese and Western Medicine on Treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Choose Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis,cure rate is high,worthy of clinical application.a simple western medicine treatment for more than 12 months of poor efficacy of cases,divided into a combined treatment group(A group) 54 cases,control group(group B) in 54 cases,observation of treatment effects of two groups.Results In group A,sputum conversion,void closure,focus absorption,symptom control and other aspects of the efficacy results are higher than that of B group.Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis,cure rate is high,worthy of clinical application.
