combined traditional chinese medicine and western medicine and immunoregulation on the treatment of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis of clinical observation

Objective To explore the clinical feature of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,clinical observation of conbined traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy medicine and mycobacterium vacate vaccine on the treatment of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Foutry-three patients of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=23)and control group(n=20). The treatment groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy medicine and mycobacterium vacate vaccine,the control group were treated with chemotherapy medicine. After three month,the change of clinical symptom,sputum negative conversion rate and foci absorption were observed and evaluated. Results Clinical symptom,sputum negative conversion rate and foci absorption were approved than those in the control group respectively. Conclusions It was difficult to treat patient of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis,combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and mycobacterium vacate vaccine can effected a inprovement of clinical in the treatment of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.
