Abstract

The ultrahigh pressure extraction technology(UPE) of the polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea L was studied. The test was plan with response surface methodology(RSM).The best extraction conditions are determined as follow:ratio of the material-liquid 1:20(g/mL),200 MPa holding 5 min.The yield of the polysaccharide is 22.21% at the optimum extraction condition.Using infrared spectroscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography measure the polysaccharide, the main polysaccharide as follows: galacturonic acid, glucose, galactose and arabinose.
