Abstract
According to Textile and Clothing Agreement, on January 1, 2005, the members of WTO started to cancel the all textile quota officially. Chinese textile trade will face a brand new development era, the new opportunities and challenges too. Therefore, in the post-quota era, the Chinese textile enterprises must not only strengthen the research and utilization of WTO's terms, make use of the international organization to maintain the textile and clothing export benefits, but also seek each means to avoid the risk of trade disputes and conflicts. It's most important for the enterprises and industries to improve themselves, transform the growth pattern, increase the technological investment, and so that finally realizes the transformation from made in China to the Chinese brand and from the world manufacturing factory to the fashion origin place.
